Where is my Pod?
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left the warehouse. Check your spam folder before you assume it never came.
Track it
Paste your tracking number into 17track.net. It reads almost every carrier worldwide, including the one that handles the first leg of your delivery.
My tracking has not updated
The first scan can take 2–3 days to appear, and there is often a quiet stretch in the middle while the parcel is in transit between countries. Neither means your order is lost.
If nothing has moved for 10 days, email us and we will chase it or send you a new one.
No tracking email?
Email nostalgipod@gmail.com with the name and email you ordered under and we will send it straight back to you.
