Returns & Refunds
30 days. No forms, no arguing.
If you do not love it, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we refund you. That is the whole policy.
How to start a return
Email nostalgipod@gmail.com with your order number and one line about why. We reply with a return address within 1 business day. You do not need a reason we approve of.
Condition
The player needs to come back in working condition with everything that came in the box. Normal use is fine — we are not going to reject a return over a fingerprint.
Return shipping
If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong colour, we cover return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is on you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank usually takes another 3–5 days to show it.
Faulty on arrival
Email us a photo or short video within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement — you do not need to return the broken one first.
Cancellations
Email within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full. After that it has already shipped, so use the 30-day return instead.
