Shipping
Free shipping on every order
There is no minimum and no shipping tier. Every order ships free, worldwide.
How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders land 5–9 days after that. A small number take up to 14 days depending on where you are and what customs is doing that week.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. It can take 2–3 days for the first scan to appear — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Where we ship
Worldwide. Any import duties or taxes charged by your own country are your responsibility, not ours.
Wrong address
Email us at nostalgipod@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will fix it. After that the order is already moving and we cannot change it.
Lost or stuck
If your tracking has not moved in 10 days, email us. We will either chase it or send you a new one. You do not have to fight us for it.
